Human Rights Initiatives

Human Rights Policy

MJC Group is dedicated to fostering a sustainable and prosperous society, guided by “Contributing widely to society with electronic measurement technology” as MJC Mission in our Corporate Philosophy.
Our Human Rights Policy aligns with our “QDCCSS” and “QDCCSS2.0” as Our Values (QDCCSS is pronounced “qu-dacks”). It focuses on fulfilling our responsibilities to the environment and society while ensuring full compliance with laws and high safety standards by upholding of “Safety” (prioritizing the occupational and product safety) and “Sympathy” (acting with empathy and gratitude), which are 2 parts of Our Values of “QDCCSS” and “QDCCSS2.0”. We aim to create a workplace where every employee feels secure and show our appreciation to everyone involved in our business through our actions.

What we value most
QDCCSS + QDCCSS2.0

Our core value set, “QDCCSS”, was developed to build trust and confidence with our customers and has remained a fundamental part of our organization for many years. In response to shifts in our business environment and feedback from employees, we have also introduced “QDCCSS2.0” as a new set of values to support future growth. By focusing on “what we value most” as the main driver of our development, we will continue to work toward achieving both the “MJC Mission” and the “MJC Future Vision.”
Furthermore, we have published a Compliance Handbook as a definitive code of conduct, and we consider respect for human rights throughout all business activities to be an essential component of fulfilling our social responsibilities.
