Executive Candidate Development Program

Management Candidate Development Program

Aiming to elevate the perspectives of our next-generation leaders, who are central to our company's growth, we have been sending them to various external programs starting in 2024. These include residential business schools, year-long management training programs, and liberal arts courses. In 2024, we dispatched 28 employees to these programs.

Hierarchical training

Training programmes based on the concept of organisational revitalisation and team building have been put in place and are specifically designed for relevant positions in the company.

Technical and skills training

With the aim of improving the overall technical skill level of our employees, we hold annual probe card technology training sessions (basic and specialized courses) for our technical staff. We also offer the opportunity for non-technical staff who are interested to attend these sessions.

Additionally, we regularly hold courses to understand the latest trends in semiconductor technology. For new employees in the manufacturing department, we conduct intensive training sessions to acquire necessary skills over a certain period of time after their assignment.

Support for skills building / qualification acquisition system

Global human resource development

Based on the idea that 'language learning is self-development', an English language learning programme has been set up since 2015. It offers a highly flexible selection of courses to those who wish to take them, according to their motivation and work schedule.
A short-term study abroad programme is also offered to our employees who are in charge of overseas sales or scheduled to be assigned overseas that need to improve their English language skills in a short period of time.
Additionally, customised programmes are also available for learning foreign languages other than English, such as Korean and Chinese if needed.
Study abroad programmes are also available for improving management skills and specialisation.

Bringing about an organisational culture of self-directed learning

With the aim of fostering an organizational culture where motivated employees take the initiative in their own skill development, we have implemented online learning programs for acquiring business knowledge and skills.
For the same purpose, we have also introduced a system that allows employees to freely take distance learning programmes that lead to the improvement of their individual skills.
Additionally, starting from July 2024, we have introduced the dispatch of employees to school-based training programs. The goal is for leaders who are active at the forefront of business to gather and discuss real business challenges. Through these discussions, they can gain new perspectives beyond their respective industries and broaden their personal networks, acquiring experiences that are not attainable through in-house training programs.
