Safety and Health System
Our company is committed to preventing occupational accidents and diseases by adhering to safety and health management regulations at each domestic location, thereby maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable work environment. Each facility holds a monthly Safety and Health Committee meeting, attended by employee representatives, and conducts continuous safety patrols to further ensure safety and maintain employee health.

Near-Miss Activities
To improve the safety of the workplace and operational sites, we conduct near-miss activities to incorporate feedback and improvement ideas from employees.
Through these activities, we identify and mitigate potential hazards
Hazard Prediction Training Using cartoon illustrations, we conduct tests where employees identify dangerous areas and describe the reasons for the danger. This training directly contributes to generating improvement ideas for near-miss activities and helps employees develop their hazard prediction skills.
Response to Amendments in Safety and Health Laws
We encourage obtaining qualifications and attending skill training related to various chemical substances to ensure appropriate responses to the latest legal amendments.
Education and Training in Occupational Safety and Health Evacuation Drills
We conduct evacuation drills at each location annually to enhance our emergency response capabilities. All employees are trained in procedures for quick and safe evacuation.
