This training directly contributes to generating improvement ideas for near-miss activities and helps employees develop their hazard prediction skills.<\/p>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n\r\n            <div class=\"show lazy\">\r\n              <h3 class=\"csr-under__subtitle font20--text\">Response to Amendments in Safety and Health Laws<\/h3>\r\n              <p class=\"font-sp14\">We encourage obtaining qualifications and attending skill training related to various chemical substances to ensure appropriate responses to the latest legal amendments.<\/p>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n\r\n            <div class=\"csr-under__image-right\">\r\n              <div class=\"show lazy\">\r\n                <h3 class=\"csr-under__subtitle font20--text\">Emergency Evacuation Drill<\/h3>\r\n                <p class=\"font-sp14\"><\/p>We conduct evacuation drills at each location annually to enhance our emergency response capabilities.
