Additionally, we have established a Compliance and Risk Management Committee to monitor the proper execution of risk management activities within each department. The President serves as the Chief Responsible Officer, leading company-wide initiatives.<br>\r\n          The activities and discussions of the Compliance and Risk Management Committee are reported to the management meetings and reviewed by the Board of Directors. Additionally, we offer e-learning and in-person training sessions tailored to specific themes such as the Subcontract Act, the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, intellectual property, security export control, and unconscious bias. These programs are designed for all employees, including different organizational levels, to enhance awareness and promote compliance practices.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"pdg-t120\">\r\n        <div class=\"inner\">\r\n          <h2 class=\"title--hyphen show lazy\">Anti-Corruption Policy<\/h2>\r\n          <p class=\"pdg-b40 font-sp14 show lazy\">\r\n            MJC Group emphasizes corporate ethics and legal compliance as central to its management, based on \u201cCompliance\u201d as one of 6 pieces of \u201cthe principles of QDCCSS\u201d which consists of Our Core Values. A Compliance Handbook has been created to promote responsible behavior and ensure all employees adhere to these standards. We strictly prohibit any bribery or corruption and follow all relevant anti-corruption laws and regulations in every country and region where we operate.<br>\r\n            This policy applies to all officers and employees of MJC Group, including contract and temporary staff.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3 class=\"lead--number show lazy\"><span class=\"poppins\">01<\/span>Ensuring Business Integrity<\/h3>\r\n          <p class=\"pdg-b40 font-sp14 show lazy\">MJC Group operates with integrity and fairness, strictly prohibiting any corruption. This includes money laundering, terrorist financing, efforts to conceal or legitimize criminal proceeds, dealings with sanctioned entities, bribery, inappropriate entertainment or gifts, collusion, embezzlement, and breaches of trust.<\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3 class=\"lead--number show lazy\"><span class=\"poppins\">02<\/span>Management of Payment Records<\/h3>\r\n          <p class=\"pdg-b40 font-sp14 show lazy\">To ensure accountability in complying with this policy, MJC Group accurately documents all expenditures in written records and accounting books based on factual information and appropriately maintains all related records.<\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3 class=\"lead--number show lazy\"><span class=\"poppins\">03<\/span>Use of a Reporting System<\/h3>\r\n          <p class=\"pdg-b40 font-sp14 show lazy\">MJC Group operates the MJC Helpline to receive and promptly address reports concerning corruption. All submissions are handled with strict confidentiality and safeguard the reporter\u2019s anonymity, ensuring swift and comprehensive investigation, followed by appropriate corrective actions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3 class=\"lead--number show lazy\"><span class=\"poppins\">04<\/span>Policy Training<\/h3>\r\n          <p class=\"pdg-b40 font-sp14 show lazy\">MJC Group offers regular training sessions to ensure understanding and adherence to this Anti-Corruption Policy. We strive for the early detection of legal violations or actions that contradict our corporate code of conduct, as well as potential risks of such misconduct.<br>\r\n            The helpline has an external reporting and consultation desk, ensuring anonymity for whistleblowers while guaranteeing protection against unfair treatment.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section class=\"pdg-t120 pdg-b170\">\r\n        <div class=\"inner\">\r\n          <h2 class=\"title--hyphen show lazy\">Principles and Measures for Eradicating Antisocial Influence in Business Operations<\/h2>\r\n          <p class=\"font-sp14 show lazy\">\r\n            MJC Group has established the Basic Policy on the Development of the Internal Control System, as passed by the Board of Directors, to ensure the complete elimination of relationships with antisocial forces. As part of this policy, we maintain close cooperation with external specialized organizations such as the police and take a firm stance across the entire company.<br>\r\n            Additionally, our Code of Conduct, which serves as a behavioral guideline for all employees in the Group, includes provisions for severing ties with antisocial forces. We ensure thorough awareness among all employees while defining specific system development measures within company regulations.<br>\r\n            The General Affairs Department is designated as the point of contact for responding to antisocial forces.
