style=\"padding-top: 0;\">Management Candidate Development Program<\/h3>\r\n                <p class=\"font-sp14 pdg-b70\">Aiming to elevate the perspectives of our next-generation leaders, who are central to our company's growth, we have been sending them to various external programs starting in 2024. These include residential business schools, year-long management training programs, and liberal arts courses. We also offer the opportunity for non-technical staff who are interested to attend these sessions.<\/p>\r\n                  <p>Additionally, we regularly hold courses to understand the latest trends in semiconductor technology. For new employees in the manufacturing department, we conduct intensive training sessions to acquire necessary skills over a certain period of time after their assignment.<\/p>\r\n                  <p>Starting in 2025, new employees assigned to our technical divisions will participate in a two-week foundational training program designed to help them understand the core principles of manufacturing. This program provides cross-functional learning of the essential knowledge and skills required of MJC engineers, complemented by hands-on training that enhances their understanding of product structures and manufacturing processes.<\/p>\r\n                  <p>Additionally, we offer training programs for employees in administrative and indirect departments to strengthen their understanding of our products. By enhancing technical literacy throughout the organization, we foster a shared knowledge of our products and elevate the overall expertise of our workforce.<\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n              <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n\r\n          <div class=\"pdg-t170\">\r\n            <h2 class=\"title--hyphen show lazy\">Support for Skills Building \/ Qualification Acquisition System<\/h2>\r\n            <div class=\"flex_pc flex_afs flex_jsb\">\r\n              <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/adop-mjc-test.com\/wp-content\/themes\/adop-mjc\/img\/csr\/support_image2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"csr-under__image show lazy\">\r\n              <div class=\"csr-under__text show lazy\">\r\n                <h3 class=\"csr-under__subtitle font20--text\" style=\"padding-top: 0;\">Global Human Resource Development<\/h3>\r\n                <p class=\"font-sp14 pdg-b70\">Based on the idea that 'language learning is self-development', an English language learning programme has been set up since 2015. It offers a highly flexible selection of courses to those who wish to take them, according to their motivation and work schedule.<br>\r\n                A short-term study abroad programme is also offered to our employees who are in charge of overseas sales or scheduled to be assigned overseas that need to improve their English language skills in a short period of time.<br>\r\n                Additionally, customised programmes are also available for learning foreign languages other than English, such as Korean and Chinese if needed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h3 class=\"csr-under__subtitle font20--text\" style=\"padding-top: 0;\">Bringing About an Organisational Culture of Self-Directed Learning<\/h3>\r\n                <p class=\"font-sp14\">With the aim of fostering an organizational culture where motivated employees take the initiative in their own skill development, we have implemented online learning programs for acquiring business knowledge and skills.<br>\r\n                For the same purpose, we have also introduced a system that allows employees to freely take distance learning programmes that lead to the improvement of their individual skills.<br>\r\n                Additionally, starting from July 2024, we have introduced the dispatch of employees to school-based training programs. The goal is for leaders who are active at the forefront of business to gather and discuss real business challenges.
