Despite this increase, the energy intensity decreased by 3.8% compared to the previous year, and we achieved an average reduction of 2.9% over the five-year period from 2021 to 2025.<\/p>\r\n                <p class=\"mgn-t1em\">We will continue to promote the reduction of energy consumption per unit as a measure to prevent global warming, and we will also work on energy conservation.<\/p>\r\n                <p class=\"caution mgn-t2em font14\">*\u00b9 Energy Consumption Per Unit: A value that indicates energy efficiency. show lazy\">Efforts to Reduce Water Usage <\/h3>\r\n            <p class=\"mgn-t1em pdg-b70 font-sp14 show lazy\">At the Aomori Factory, which uses the most water, we have undertaken efforts to reduce water usage. Starting in April 2024, we shortened the blow-off time of the pure water heat exchanger cooling, and beginning in May, we implemented process improvements to shorten the product washing time. As a result, we were able to reduce water usage by 37 m\u00b3 per day.
