In this way, we meet requirements and continually improve and maintain effectiveness.<\/p>\r\n\r\n            <div class=\"show lazy\">\r\n              <ol class=\"management__list\">\r\n                <li><span>Act with the aim of preventing non-conformities and improving\/enhancing business operations, for the purpose of maintaining product quality, ensuring observance of delivery times, and controlling costs in order to earn customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\r\n                <li><span>To maintain a healthy ecosystem with consideration for biodiversity, we aim to act to mitigate climate change and preserve both local and global environments through the promotion of energy conservation, reduction of resource consumption, promotion of recycling, reduction of waste, management of chemical substances, reduction of water usage and proper management of wastewater, prevention of environmental pollution, and implementation of environmental protection and product quality improvement measures.<\/span><\/li>\r\n              <\/ol>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n\r\n            <p class=\"btn-wrapper--center pdg-t70 show lazy\"><a href=\"\/en\/corporate\/policy\/#qdccss\" class=\"btn--dark-brown btn--middle\">About QDCCSS<\/a><\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <div class=\"inner pdg-t170\">\r\n          <div class=\"pdg-all80 bg-white\">\r\n            <h2 class=\"title--hyphen show lazy\">Code of Conduct<\/h2>\r\n            <div class=\"show lazy\">\r\n              <ol class=\"management__list\">\r\n                <li style=\"margin-top: 0;\"><span>Goals shall be set within a range that is technically and economically feasible, based on the purpose of each management system and significant environmental aspects. A framework shall be established to conduct periodic reviews of progress and degree of attainment.<\/span><\/li>\r\n                <li><span>Awareness building and the dissemination of information, including education and training, shall be used to encourage employee awareness of the fact that we have a responsibility to carry out the following items:<\/span>\r\n                  <ol class=\"list-bracket--en mgn-t1em font-sp14\">\r\n                    <li>(1) Understanding the QMS, increasing awareness of and qualifications associated with quality, and thoroughly recognizing the importance of meeting customer requirements; and<\/li>\r\n                    <li>(2) Understanding the EMS, increasing awareness of and qualifications associated with the environment, and recognizing the importance of preserving biodiversity along with both local and global environments.<\/li>\r\n                  <\/ol>\r\n                <\/li>\r\n                <li><span>Employees shall understand the IMS specified in the integrated manual and shall follow these provisions.<\/span><\/li>\r\n                <li><span>The Company shall comply with laws and ordinances, regulatory requirements, and agreed upon quality and environment requirements. It shall also strive to strengthen and enhance management based on the integrated manual and each provision.<\/span><\/li>\r\n                <li><span>A framework shall be established to review this Code every year to maintain the appropriateness of the management system.<\/span><\/li>\r\n                <li><span>This Code shall be disclosed outside the Company and shared with everyone who works
